Terms and Policies

The Event Organizer is responsible for all unused tee times and any damages incurred to the facility during their participation in all activities. I understand that I will be charged for the full event fees as requested in this contract if not cancelled or changed within 72 hours. No outside food or beverages are allowed into the facility; ALL food/beverages must be purchased through Evergreen Golf Centre. An event may be approved to be rescheduled due to weather at the discretion of Evergreen Golf Centre management.

Last traditional range sale is 30 minutes before close. Last Mini Putt will be sold 1 hour before close. Last Green Fee will be sold 1.5 hours before sunset.
