Deposit Payment A deposit is required on all bookings. Event deposits may be retained or refunded at the sole discretion of Evergreen Golf Centre management.

Terms and Policies

The Event Organizer is responsible for all unused bookings and any damages incurred to the facility during their participation in all activities. To ensure proper planning and execution of your event, no changes to guest count, menu selections, event timing, or other booking details may be made within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled event date and time. Any requests for changes within this period may be considered at the sole discretion of Evergreen Golf Centre and cannot be guaranteed. An event may be approved to be rescheduled due to weather at the discretion of Evergreen Golf Centre management. No outside food or beverages are allowed into the facility; ALL food/beverages must be purchased through Evergreen Golf Centre.

NOTICE

During weather events and other unforeseen circumstances, auto tees on the suited driving range may become non-functional. In this instance, a standard tee will be provided by staff to allow gameplay to continue. No refunds or extensions will be provided as a result of a non-functional auto tee.
