Golf Course Operations

  • Members and customers must book and make payment through our online tee sheet. Go to our website to book your tee time. Tee times for the month of April will be available from 10 am to 6 pm.
  • Green Fees will remain at $15.00 for the month of April.
  • Starter will monitor check-in and spacing of groups to further increase the social distancing, tee times will be at 20-minute intervals. We will combine singles or twosomes if necessary.
  • Players must practice social distancing at all times. A good rule of thumb would be one arm length while holding a club.
  • No “playing through” at no time will groups be permitted to play through one another.
  • No club rentals or No power carts.
  • Pull cart rentals allowed with access from the starter who will disinfect each cart before and after each use.
  • Continuous putting rule in effect. Player closest to the hole will putt first and continue putting until his/her ball makes contact with the raised cup.
  • No flags or rakes on the course. Players please rake bunkers with their feet.
  • Scorecard and pencil placed on table by starter, each card will have rules and recommendations attached to back of card.
  • No ball washers on the course.
  • Golfers and staff are to refrain from handshakes or any other contact.
  • Outside Alcohol is strictly prohibited. Snacks and beverages are available for purchase through Starter at the front door.
  • 18-Hole players must have pre-booked and must check-in with starter before playing their second 9 holes.
  • In case of inclimate weather Rain Checks will be issued…..No refunds.
  • Golf Shop and Snackbar facilities remain closed.
  • Washrooms are available to single use only. Washrooms will be cleaned after each use.
  • Washrooms on the golf course will be closed.
  • Customers are asked to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before their designated range time. If they arrive late for their time, they will need to depart at the designated finish time. If you arrive earlier than 10 minutes, please wait in the vehicle.

Driving Range Operations

“Drive-Thru” Driving Range Procedures and Guidelines:

  • All Driving Range Bookings and Range Balls must be purchased in advance online or over the phone. Only Large Buckets are available at this time. Toptracer may be booked as well but only one customer/stall. The price for a large bucket is $13.00 and use of Toptracer for an additional fee of $7.00.
  • Driving Range stalls are booked for 1 hour per session with 30 minutes between each booking. There will be a open stall between each customer to ensure proper distancing. For example, times will be booked as follows Odd stalls 9:30 -10:30 am, then even 11:00 to 12:00 and so on.
  • Driving range customers must wait until their designated booked time. Upon arrival, customers are instructed to line up in the designated wait area maintaining the required safe distance of 2 meters apart the waiting area is staged with painted markings along the southside of the main building on the parking lot. At the appropriate time the staff will direct the customers to their assigned range stall. Their large bucket of range balls will be pre-staged. Range customers will be instructed to proceed through the side entrance of the Driving Range. Once the customer has finished their range session, they will exit again through the side entrance. After one hour all customers must depart the facility so cleaning procedures may be completed.
  • The Golf Shop will be closed, if required a customer may use the restroom inside the Golf Shop. Only one customer will be permitted inside the facility at a time to use the restroom.
  • If a customer comes to the facility without a pre-booked Range-Time they may be turned away unless stalls are open, then customer may pay for the stall with card only at table outside of the building.
  • Customers will have NO access to the Range Dispenser. Customers will not be allowed to use their range fobs. Range Fob customers must follow the “Drive-Thru” Driving Range Procedure.
  • Range Customers must stay at their assigned stall at all times. Any customer who fails to comply will be asked to leave.
  • Each stall will be disinfected after each use. This includes the rubber tee, Toptracer screens, buckets and ball tray.
  • No club rentals.
  • Customers are asked to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before their designated range time. If they arrive late for their time, they will need to depart at the designated finish time. If you arrive earlier than 10 minutes, please wait in the vehicle.

Mini Putt Operations

  • Remains Closed as it will be more difficult to enforce the rules.

Building Operations

  • Building will be closed unless washroom is required.
  • One patron in the washroom.
  • A hand sanitizing station is located at the south-west door on the driving range.

Stay home if you feel ill or have been in contact with anyone having Covid-19.
